I brought multiple vehicles in before. 1st time they fixed my strut when I told them I needed cv joint replaced. They said that it was the strut…$1600 later, same problem on my van. Thought they were ok after that bc they fixed cv joint at no cost to me for not doing it in the 1st place. 2nd time taking a vehicle, my car needed a catalytic converter. Within 1 month-it needed replaced. I did not ever want to use them again. Then my mom and in law had a vehicle that needed work. They took it there bc a “friend” worked there. The starter was refurbished and worked all of 1 day. We took it back. They said they replaced it. all of 1 week later it stopped again. My husband looked at the starter and they did not change it out. We asked for a refund. They would not do it. They still said they changed it. Now they are trying to say maybe it’s something else but was not on original diagnostic test they did. I WOULD NOT GO THERE!!

We have been taking our vehicles to Pohlman Auto for the past 2–3 years and have consistently had a great experience. The staff is always responsive, attentive to our concerns, and willing to answer any questions we may have. They are usually able to get us in quickly, and their communication throughout the process has been excellent. The quality of maintenance and repairs has been outstanding. On the rare occasion that an issue arose, they were quick to identify the problem and make the necessary repairs. Their honesty, professionalism, and reliability have given us a level of comfort and trust that can be hard to find in the automotive industry. We highly recommend Pohlman Auto to anyone looking for dependable service and a team that genuinely cares about their customers.
